-I stripped, repainted, gold leafed, then reupholstered this settee.

The Distressing of the settee
The Distressing of the settee

Strategic removal of fabric and foam. I then applied age washed cotton, burlap, and horse hair to make the piece look like an antique. The fabric and webbing was then distressed with various tools, paints, and washes.
